- Act as if you’ll never hire anyone, ever
- Spend the money on quality (not on the latest must haves)
- Be the best, and price accordingly
- Expect customers to learn (Self-sufficient customers require less support resources, and are happier customers)
- Focus and Discipline
- Realize that you don’t have time to pursue all ideas (yet), and that doing so can be a distraction to your business
